Adsense Earnings Income for Dec 7,8,9

December 10th, 2010

As usual here at Zulit headquarters I’m doing my very best to live out my dream – my dream of doing nothing. Unfortunately I love my job and I work way too much.

However, I have been able to pull my head out of my ass a little bit this week, and take Wed, Thursday, and now the entire weekend off. It’s been hard pulling my head out of my ass for the that long. I had a lapse this morning and banged off two posts on a couple of niche sites. What greed – what pathetic human greed. Is it not enough???

So of course I’m late getting my Adsense income posted here for those who follow along. Here are the Adsense earnings totals for the December 2010 on the 7th, 8th, and 9th.

  • December 7th, 2010 – Tues Adsense total was $183.83 – shopping niche kicking pretty good there
  • December 8th, 2010 – Wed Adsense total was $132.99 – major appliances niche did alright
  • December 9th, 2010 – Thur Adsense total was $149.00 – a NEW niche blog is starting to take off and it’s really exciting. More on the new niche blog below.

So I started a blog all about Accident Attorneys in June which is starting to move in Google now. WOW! Click through rate is not that great for the blog (CTR is about 3.5%) BUT when they click……holy crap…..big money. Had a click that paid $23 dollars which is a record.

So I had to “learn up” on the laws in the particular State I am writing about. HINT:: For a niche like this it’s very competitive so you better focus on ONE STATE ONLY, and stick to it like glue. I won’t be sharing which State I’m covering but let us just say it’s usually WARM there.

So I had to do allot of reading regarding accident attorneys, lawyers, State Law, Federal Law, etc. Had to write about high profile cases that I researched using the Google machine.

So there you have some tips friends.

Now get to fucking work!

Perry McGeough – Big Brothers and Big Sisters

December 7th, 2010

Yet more on Perry McGeough. More to come….

Dear Perry McGeough,

Thank you so much for being a committee member of the The Henry Burris All – Star Weekend charity event in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Calgary for the past five years.

Your ability to organize and execute the celebrity softball game at Viper Stadium in Calgary and at Seaman Stadium in Okotoks was invaluable. We really appreciated your willingness to wear many hats that day to ensure a very memorable experience for families and fans that were in attendance. You were our “ go to guy “ throughout the weekend whether it was assisting with logistics, to set up to entertaining our VIPS.
The past 2 years providing a hearty breakfast and last year sitting at the ‘turn’ with burgers, smokies and refreshments kept all the hungry players and guests well fed.

We also recognize the effort you put into helping promote the event to all of your contacts in the community. You’re contribution has helped Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Calgary impact the lives of young people and volunteers through the power of mentoring.

It has been a pleasure to work with you on this very important charity event; we look forward to working with you in the future.

Please feel free to use this letter as a letter of recommendation and I will be happy to discuss your capabilities with anyone that would like to speak to me.

Thanks again for a job well done.

Dear Perry McGeough

December 7th, 2010

Another thumbs up for Perry M. Read on……

Dear Perry McGeough,

I just wanted to drop you a line to extend our appreciation for your generous donation of food resources to make our Operation BackPack event a success. As you know, Operation BackPack will be an open-air Christmas party for approximately 400-600 homeless people and not only will they receive a filled backpack from the community but thanks to you, they will also receive a hot meal!

Hundreds of homeless people will forfeit their place in line and the chance at getting shelter for the night JUST for this event so it’s apparent to us that a backpack and a meal are not a “luxury” but a means of survival on the streets.

The year you came out to serve the homeless with us was a HUGE success and we all left totally in awe of what took place in the midst of an intense winter blizzard. You were swarmed with hundreds of people begging for something to eat and it shocked the very core of us all. I expect this year will be the same because numbers have grown quickly and the need is just as evident (but perhaps we can skip the storm this year!).

My team and I look very much forward to working with you again!

Perry McGeough – Tao Events Recommendation

December 6th, 2010

We had the opportunity to work with Perry McGeough on a major event held at Flames Central on February 8th 2008. As the official agency to provide entertainment for Tao Events we were very pleased in the professional manner to which Tao Events handled the complex duties to execute an amazing show. Adsense Income Earning December 4-5 Weekend

December 6th, 2010

Saturday Adsense income was — $91.43 USD (December 4th, 2010)

Sunday Adsense income was — $128.23 (December 5th, 2010)

The entire week’s Adsense income came to almost the same as the last two weeks, coming in at $945.21 USD. This makes the entire week coming in with an average of $135.03 per day. For the month of November we we came in with a average of $124.54 per day.

Bills will be paid, but not a ton left over. That’s OK. We have enough to pay the bills without using credit or creating any more debt.

Here is the good news considering we’re making it by at this time of year with our Adsense earnings. I combined all of our most consistent niches into one traffic graph line for the year. Sort of a bastardization of the Adwords Keyword Tool. Click to enlarge.

Perry McGeough – Calgary Alberta – Feeding the Poor

December 2nd, 2010

I added this for a friend who works hard to feed the poor in Calgary, Alberta. His name is Perry McGeough. I will have a few more posts about Perry’s efforts to help the poor, the addicted, the homeless, and the desperate. The world could use MANY more like Perry McGeough in it.

Food Fight and the Mix 97.7 Patty Wagon are a great hit at The Calgary Dream Centre’s Radiothon Thursday September 23rd 2010.

Food Fight is an organization owned and operated by Perry McGeough. For the past three years “Food Fight” has been feeding people from the hundreds, to sometimes thousands, who are living in homelessness, shelters and the less fortunate.

“Today I am doing this event at the Calgary Dream Centre to support their cause and help fight addictions while raising money to build transitional housing some of these men will soon move into another phase of their life.”

We’ve got burgers, assorted salads, refreshments…what can I say….I love to cook for these causes.  I do them year round…sun, rain, sleet, snow…I’ll be there!” It’s the “hand to hand combat” we do that makes a difference, one meal at a time.

Adwords and Adcenter Landing Pages Denied

December 1st, 2010

So for me and many others who have textual content based sites that make money from Adsense clicks, are finding that the PPC (pay per click) model is quickly vanishing before our eyes. Sure there are some sites still lucky enough to have their landing pages approved and listed in the sponsored listings of Google, MSN, Bing, and Yahoo! – but less and less. Good luck STARTING a new campaign with  these new rules.

I used to think that Yahoo!, Bing, or Adwords would never turn down our money, and continue to place our ads. I was wrong. I guess they figure they don’t need money from all of the Adsense publishers that want to make money bouncing their users from their ads to our Google ads. Scary to see half of our income literally vanish overnight, but in the long run the search results will be better. Read the rest of this entry »
