So you can’t take a change with this kind of thing. Start fresh and move on with a “virgin domain” that has NEVER been registered.

So the trick is to always check first if the domain you want to buy has been used in the past. You never want to start a site with a domain that has been “compromised” by some shifty-eyed twirp(s). All the work that goes into a good site, can be tossed in the bin, so have to check. I check to see if a domain has been used in the past over at Domaintools.com. I have an account over there, but was so used to never finding past registrars, I stopped checking – never again. Especially if you are working on a new site for a client.

Luckily in this case, I have a headstart on the project, and I managed to save all of the content from the .ORG domain, and started fresh over on the .BIZ domain using all of the content that I had already created. Hopefully Google didn’t cache anything – don’t think they did.

So I went back to the initial launch post and changed the URLs for the links to the site, and fixed the issue. Next time Google’s bot(s) come-a-looking they will see the reference to the virgin .BIZ domain. Pain in the butt – always check first!

So the new site is all started and we’ll launch one more time for good measure. The site now at RealtorsInCalgary.biz and we should be OK going forward.

The Rant

You know – I don’t get it. Why do people around the world think that they are getting ahead by using and abusing a domain name. Scamming is never going to get you anywhere. The big search engines are way to smart (in the long run) to except garbage domains, so why waste your time. It’s more fun to write your own clean and fresh material and try and develop a web-property that is useful to users and adds value to the Internet. No wonder Google is so harsh with wacking crap domains these days. They can’t take any chances with “soiled” domains.

The idea of the site is that Larry (founder) will do business from the site, but he is going to join in the discussion regarding the different communities and neighbourhoods of Calgary. Trying to create a sense of community, and not just a sense of “profit” – you should be able to do both in today’s dynamic Internet and all this social-media craze.

The gang over at CSEOS (SEO services in the City of Calgary) is trying to develop something a little bit different as far as Calgary-based real estate domains go. There is a serious amount of competition in the “buying and selling of homes” in any major Canadian city, and of course Calgary is no different whatsoever. However, not many sites have a strong sense of community. Eventually the Realtors In Calgary site will have a forum on it, to further bolster the “sense of community” aspect of the domain.

These early stages of web property development are always exciting, and then comes the reality. Allot of hard work and patience comes next when you realize you are going to have “write your way to the top”. That’s one of the things I like about CSEOS – they know who wins the war for the top of the search engine results – hard, hard work – write, write, write. Unless your site is like a Facebook launch, where the content is getting created at break-neck speed by an entire University (Harvard in their case), you are going to have to have a staff of good writers hustling to get things going out of the gate.

So you can see that it’s going to be a bit of a gong show these days. Will be doing some writing for CSEOS customers and I will be doing some WordPress coding work for a client in California, and doing some other stuff for friends and family. And I thought I was going to have to do LESS as I got further along in my work-at-home career – good thing I love making blog posts!

So I think that is it for now my faithful droogs – off to work for me (well, a walk with my wife and dog first – beautiful day here today)

Interesting business because they rent out the units to companies that don’t want to use those crappy, plastic, porta-poddy things. They’re really smelly and disgusting for sure. I dread even having to use those porta-poddy (crap buckets) – I mean, I “hold it in” when “I have to go” for a long, long time. I will practically have an accident before stepping into one of those filthy disease traps.

So this bathrooms are high end, with a mens and ladies private toilets, sinks, mirrors, hand dryers, etc. These units are really amazing, and I sat in one and looked around when they got delivery of their first one. All shiny and new – the stainless steel checker-plating makes you feel like you stepped into a Get-Smart episode from the sixties, or perhaps a Dr. Who episode from over in England.

Very clean, and comfortable, and they are rated for minus 40 degrees. They use heat tape for the waste storage tanks, and they have electric heat inside as well for the users.

There are 110 volt connections on the side of the unit and sewer connections.

All units are completely portable and have crane hooks on top for putting on the roof a high-rise. All for the health and safey of workers.

NOW, you probably think they cost more for the contractors and builders than the cheap plastic porta-poddy units. Yeah, that’s what I thought too. Wrong. After you take in all money considerations, these units end up saving the company money.

So we will be adding more information on the go here to this site and watch how their online presence increases over the weeks, month, and years.

Some really bad hosts in that list, but I would rather focus on the best hosting companies in that list.

The best hosting company I have ever used up to about three months ago was Hostgator, and the reason has been their lack of downtime, ease of Cpanel use, and speed of servers. All my blogs loaded faster on Hostgator servers than any before. GoDaddy was pretty bad and had way too much downtime.

Enter BlueHost – The Review

So I have seen many webmasters on forums saying that they are happy with their BlueHost account(s), and my opinion was,

“Sure….happy today, and web site down or loading like a tractor tomorrow.”

Well I finally got frustrated with an important domain that was having yet another black-out for a WHOLE day, and we lost around $70 dollars in income thanks to the downtime. I was really annoyed, and had enough of GoDaddy already, but I didn’t want to do all the hosting transfer hassle (which I have done TOO many times). Got transferring WordPress blogs from one host to another down tight now, but I just didn’t want the hassle – rather be writing more content.

ANYWAY – I tried BlueHost and the speed of the servers and my page loads doubled! I thought that maybe it was just because I was accessing my blog at the right time of the week and the right time of the day. I’ve seen other hosts perform wonderfully one day and then the next day horribly. So the jury was still out.

So it’s been three months now since I’ve been hosting that domain on BlueHost and the speed has held strong. Not only that, my unique visitors and page loads went up about 15% to 20% – that is huge for this site, and now it is earning more money each and every day. THAT is how important a good host is.

So that is my review on BlueHost – worthy.

The name of the company is Calgary SEO Specialists and we’re really excited to finally get serious and provide a clean build SEO company in Southern Alberta – it’s about time. Been working the search engines hard for so long – now I want to reach out and start helping out our local businesses a little bit (for a price of course).

Competing for search engine placement in Canada is a breeze. Normally with my loan blogs, where I compete in the USA I have to fight my way to the top of over 100 million search results to get any traffic. In Canada, even for competitive products and services, there is FAR less competition.

Adsense Income Dropping

One of the reasons I decided to make some money from another income stream is because Adsense has been tanking slowly for six months now, and we’re not taking the chance - getting caught sitting here dumbfounded if the rug gets pulled out from underneath us. We are not the only ones either – whenever you want watch people complain about Adsense earnings, you can find it over at Webmaster world.

I have seen dips in Adsense earnings many, many times before, but the dips are falling deeper lately, and with all of the constant algorithm changes in Google search, we HAVE to make our Adsense income only one stream of income amongst many streams. In fact, that is what Google tells publishers all the time – don’t rely on Adsense as your only household income.

In the years since we lost the Bing/Yahoo! PPC traffic (Adsense Arbitrage), we had to dive hard back into writing great content in order to stay working at home, and not working for the man again. It’s been a ton of work.

Our total Adsense income per day on pure natural traffic, in January was $127-$133. This January the average is $95.

Not good my friends – not good. Thank god we have CJ commissions to fill up the losses in Adsense.

The Adsense game is a great one when you are on top, and freaky in the low traffic months, and with the Adsense smart pricing going on, it’s getting harder and harder to justify sitting back and watch Adsense income levels dropping, and not do anything about it.

I will always keep Adsense on our blogs and hopefully the Adsense program will always be around, but it’s time to move on for a more secure financial future. This is why I got involved with Mel and Betty on the CalgarySEOSpecialists.com site. We can create a solid income going forward and Adsense can even crash and burn – won’t make a huge difference in the long run.

We have one SEO client who has been with us since 2005 and he has been very happy with the service we provide. Now that is a secure income. A steady check from a real customer you are actually helping, and in turn helping his wife, kids, and family. Now that I don’t mind working hard for.

Don’t get me wrong. A good, clean web site or blog with fresh content, and clean navigation will always garnish steady traffic from Google, Bing and Yahoo.

Well it’s been awhile and “no posting” here at Zulit.com as I have been working hard buying content, writing content, creating offers, etc. Business is booming this month as we are heading into the busy season for many of our niche sites and blogs.

Total Adsense income growing every week it seems so perhaps Google is getting generous again. Seen some other webmaster saying the same thing as well.

So the autoblogs are still ticking along, the authority blogs are doing really well of course, and we have had a real uptick on Commissions made through CJ merchants. Never thought I would see the day when we would be making more money from affiliate commissions then Adsense, but that day is now upon us.

It’s been a real wild ride since we lost our PPC traffic from Yahoo! and Bing last November, but with some hard work we have managed to get our traffic levels up almost as high with natural organic search engine traffic. A TON OF writing and buying content from good writers too. It’s really paid off.

Anyway, you can read on below what I felt about using SB before I was given some guidance from the clan over at the Warrior forum. I have to be honest in saying that I had not REALLY tried hard enough to give SB it’s total due diligence. Anyway, read on.

So I just had to do a Scrapebox review. I just had to see what Scrapebox was all about. I had purchased Xrumer over a year ago, and at first thought it was a powerful tool, but in the end it was just allot of work for very little return. Scrapebox had to be tested or there was no way I could sleep at night.

I have been absent from Zulit.com for awhile and there is a reason for it. I was working on my white hat projects for clients over at Turnkey, and I was getting writers set up for the projects, etc. Nothing more rewarding that working on the white hat projects for our business and for other online marketers – KNOWING that your hard work is guaranteed to produce results makes you feel really good. So on with the Scrapebox review gang.

As my friends and fellow marketers know, Zulit.com is a place where I play around with the black and gray hat Internet marketing strategies, and it’s rather allot of fun. Sometimes it’s profitable as well. Creating my autoblog system was one of the more successful BH endeavours, and I’m happy with the results, but let us be clear, these are tests in time, and the white hat projects are now making us over 75% of our monthly income. This is where Scrapebox comes in.

Buying and Installing Scrapebox

Purchase price is smart enough to get buyers. Low enough that the weekend warriors can afford it, and simple enough to run that the weekend warriors can use it without much issue. Has enough bells and whistles to make the weekend warriors think they are getting results. That is where the positives end, because in the end it comes down to result, and the results I’m interested in is money – profit – dollars. I’m assuming that is what you are looking for too……right. Right.

So Scrapebox downloaded and installed. Isn’t this magical.

Using Scrapebox

Scrapebox looked fairly pretty, and functioned as advertised. Yes, it used proxies in an efficient manner, and collected URLs for the sporting and spamming as advertised as well. It scraped content, ran WP as advertised, and it spammed the living ba-Jesus out of thousands of blogs as well. Funny thing is that I have been seeing all my white hat blogs getting spammed by Scrapebox users for quite awhile now. It’s humorous to say the least, watching all these Scrapebox users pounding one way links at my white-hat posts as I denied each and every one of them with impunity. One of my white hat blogs is on a lucrative finance product and it has over 17,000 one way inbound links hitting it thanks to Scrapebox users. I never approved a single link back. Ok….getting off topic a bit here.

So I used Scrapebox in a fairly smart way, a created blogs that had the lowest amount of competition possible, and banged links into from some of the dormant WP domains out there that have been abandoned by their owners. Of course the links that got approved were nofollow links, and my links were mixed in with a bunch of off-topic links from other spammers. And now were are getting the meat of this review.

The Results of Using Scrapebox

So what about the results. I gave Scrapebox three months in which to prove itself, and I used the best practices I could see fit. The results are hilarious in nature. A brilliant little toy at best, and here is why Scrapebox is destined to fail in point form;

1. Google is “on to Scrapebox” and you can tell when you correctly investigate caching and keyword ranking results. Maybe it’s footprints, and maybe it’s other things. All I am saying is that I THINK the Google is aware of Scrapebox when in use. Just like they are aware of Xrumer when it’s in play
2. The links it creates are by and large on domains that are abandoned ranches with tumble weeds and old Manson Family Hippies getting high on dirty mattresses on dirty floors
3. The content it scrapes is duped down for Google to barf out the minute it sees it
4. Users are going to catch on to the fact that whatever traction you can muster in the search engines using Scrapebox is going to be short lived – why? Because people like me (millions of us) are writing, and getting written, 100% pure original articles and comments on white hat blogs that will ALWAYS beat any software generated shlitz that a tool like Scrapebox generates. When the users catch on the one more time they purchased a time limited tool, they will abandon it, and they will start writing posts like this one that tell you the actual truth of the matter.

Scrapebox is NEVER going to help you compete in the highly sought after keyword markets;

Why you ask oh wise one? Because the competition is busy creating highly rich articles and posts to compete with their fierce competition. Scrapebox at best can only hope to help you compete in the lower oil fields deep down in the ground. The LOW LOW competing keywords that no-one is paying any attention to, and this brings us to the next fail point of Scrapebox.

With Scrapebox you will never be able to use it for the most lucrative lower-end keyword oil;

So mining the lower traffic keywords that have very little competition is outwhen you use Scrapebox, and that is because when you create an extremely tight niche domain, it’s very difficult find content worth scraping. This is the Catch-22 of scraping and tight niche keyword markets. For the extreme niches that next to nothing in competition, you pretty well have to write your own content, or use some tools (software) to blend your own content with bits of content you can manage to find on the web that right on topic. (I created some of my own tools, and use UltraEdit Macros, Perl Scripts, and Filters that do that for me with success. (Never made a product out of it because frankly, I don’t want to give that Golden Goose to anyone). Even though this kind of content creation works, it still only works on a limited basis, and we make about $1300 a month with this kind of content creation. We make 5 times that amount with good, old fashioned, white-hat blogging.)

So Scrapebox can’t be used successfully for the low comp keys. There just isn’t enough content on the web for these extreme tight niches. Try finding content worth scraping on the keyword; KIA brake fluid reservoir parts!

Scrapebox Conclusion

So if you are a firm believer in the Scrapebox, then all the power to you. You can play with it and watch the bells and whistles whirring. It’s fun to be like a baby in crib watching the little birdy mobile move around. It only costs you a few bucks and what the hell – it’s the price of an education. A good learning tool for newbies, as they slowly get it through their heads that real, 100% unique content is what actually make profit online.

Scrapebox is unfortunately a waste of time though. Newcomers can get ahead far quicker by setting up a WordPress blog on a tight niche, and right some fresh content. Here is an example of a little multi-user blog I created for my niece to play around with. It’s called BriCli Hubs. I set up my family members with this brand new multi-user WP CMS so they can play around with niche markets and make some extra coin. Never linked to this domain (until now I guess ), and just told my niece to do some keyword research, post a handful of original articles – nothing fancy…….see the results of her first try about 3 weeks ago;

Search these keywords in Google; (hint: people are always searching for products in their own backyard )

See how quickly she dominated Google for almost every State in the USA?

Real content always “gits ya”

I really HATE this part of working online, but we HAVE to do this to get the most from our business blogs. Once you have gotten as many RSS directories to take your feed, then you can get back into the swing of creating good content.

We need some good rss directories that are dofollow, and allow blog feeds from domains that are commercial and for profit. We need as many of them as we can get right. Pain in the ass registration sites will be removed. Many of the submissions I have done are under review, so I have to check back to see if they are approved. More pain in the ass, but yada yada yada. Done once like pulling teeth and then it’s all about the content again.

Giving Bloggers Their Links

The link back to the original is controlled in the WP-O-MATIC settings.

Campaigns –> Edit —-> Options    Scroll to bottom.

If You Ever Have Duplicate Posts

Sometimes specific feed type will cause the odd duplicate post. There is a way to fix that;

• When you set up your WP-O-MATIC I recommend setting it to to only pull ONE new post each time the cron runs, and make sure the cron runs only once a day. This puts an end to any duplicate posting I have ever had.
• This means you have to add more feeds to pull from, but that’s OK. More variety.
• This fix should put an end to duplicate posts, BUT there might still be the odd feed that still “dups” (I have not had one since this fix, but it’s possible) If so, just remove that feed.

Setting Your Hosting Account Cron Jobs

Some users have problems getting their crons jobs working for WP-O-MATIC. Unfortunately, almost every post online that attempts to help people get their crons working with WP-O-MATIC (or other scripts) forgets to mention the most critical factor, and this how to set the file permissions (chmod settings) on the path to the cron.php file. Here it is.

Here is the first important TIP: Make sure you use the cron URL and parameters exactly as WP-O-MATIC sets up for you in the options area – example;

/usr/bin/curl http://yourdomain.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cron.php?code=8b123h2

Don’t forget the parameters /usr/bin/curl

Depending on your hosting account this will be different. It may be a wget parameter or something else.

So once you have your your cron set up you must make sure your CHMOD setting are correct for access via the server. Do this is as follows;

Open your FTP client (FILEZILLA or CYBERDUCK etc) and make sure that every folder en-route to the cron.php file is set to 755. Below is a typical path to the WP-O-MATIC cron.php file;

http://yourdomain.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cron.php

…..SO MAKE SURE that these folders are set to CHMOD (permissions) 755;

folder 1 – wp-content (set to 755)
folder 2 – plugins (set to 755)
folder 3 – wp-o-matic (set to 755)

…..and of course make sure that the cron.phpfile found inside your wp-o-matic folder is ALSO set to 755.

If you follow these steps, you should have no problem getting your cron working from your own hosting account and not have to use a third party cron.

For absolute beginners who need to understand how to even setup a cron job, watch this video;

In the command field you paste the path and parameters you copied from the WP-O-MATIC Options page in the backend of your blog.

Using Global Synonym Plugin

Some folks are having trouble with my re-writing plugin, and I want to show how easy it is to use. Don’t let the code scare you. It’s easier to make up your list when you can see it all in front of you.

One important note: Don’t use apostrophes in the FIND array. Use them in the REPLACEMENT array.

For example;

You CAN’T replace wouldn’t with would not.  ——  You CAN replace would not with wouldn’t.

 Go;

1. Start in your Dashboard
2. Click on Plugins (left sidebar)
3. Click on the EDIT link for Global Synonym

When you see the editor window for the GS plugin go to this part of the code – you are looking at the FIND array and the REPLACEMENT array. This is what it looks like the when you first open the plugin editor;

This is what it looks like when the plugin is in use when the user only wants three words changed. Of course, you would do more words and phrases.

Take note of the ending bits, such as the ); at the end of the replacement array call (after kids).

Take note of and the ); after the find call (after children).

You don’t want to change the ending bits of code. All you want to do is add changes. Like this for example;

So stick with the theme I give you unless you know how to configure all your posts on a theme of your choice to create excerpts on your home page.

1. With my auto-blog formula you are using a powerful re-writer across your domains, and I encourage you to use the rewriter extensively to change typical word phrases. This means the content on your autoblog is NOT a total copy of another blog. When you change word phrasing you are essentially writing the post the way YOU would write it.
2. Always put a contact email on each of your auto-blogs so that just in case a blogger doesn’t want his or her feed on your auto-blog they can let you know, and you can remove it. Make a comment page that TELLS bloggers they can email you if they don’t want their content syndicated on your domain(s). If you do this bloggers will not complain to anyone. All up front.
3. Give the blogger credit with chosing to link to their blog from every post that gets posted on your auto-blog(s). Many of them like getting the free one way inbound links. I know I DO! I never get annoyed when autobloggers are giving me free links and syndicating my content. Google KNOWS where the orginal content lives.
4. A WordPress auto-blog is NOTHING DIFFERENT THAN ANY SYNDICATED WEB SITE! Just like the other millions of news aggregators and blog aggregators. You are not breaking any Adsense rules as long as you are re-writing the content using my plugin, and if you do it with a little bit of class by being up front and giving bloggers a CLEAR opportunity to have their feeds removed from your syndication, there is never a problem.

So it’s false statement if anyone tells you that you can’t reuse content. Always been a false statement, and always will be a false statement. What do you think Google, Yahoo!, Bing, and Aol are????!!!!! They are syndicating and indexing OTHER PEOPLE’S CONTENT! And guess what? Search engines are NOT rewriting the content they scrape and index. You are.

I’m happy to report that she has succeeded in getting it figured out WITHOUT any of my help at all. The deal was that she had to use her MAC and download my ebook. That was it. That is all she had to work with, and I was NOT ALLOWED to help…..period.

It was weird watching her struggle with downloading CyberDuck for the FTP part of it for loading up all the files and folders. It was REALLY HARD for me to stand back and not help with something that is really easy for me, and really new for her.

Anyway….long winded story short. She had her first auto blog running back in October 2010, and had 10 of them built by November 2010. All her autoblogs are around some basic shopping products like shoes, clothing, art, etc. etc.

Well it’s now almost mid January 2011 and we can start reporting her Adsense earnings for nothing but her auto-blogs. Very cool, and very encouraging considering we don’t have to write the content, or hire writers to post content on any of these blogs. Of course none of these auto blogs have any page rank at all, and we’re not linking them at all. What is the point of an auto blog that you have to work SEO on? The whole point is they get traffic all on their own.

So here are her numbers. Always keep in mind that she is adding new auto-blogs every month, and this Adsense income and earnings in based on 10 auto blogs to date – she’ll be adding more as we go along in 2011. This has been very exciting for us!!!

• January 1, 2011 – Adsense Auto-Blog Income (Earnings) – $3.12
• January 2, 2011 – Adsense Auto-Blog Income (Earnings) – $6.73
• January 3, 2011 – Adsense Auto-Blog Income (Earnings) – $9.16
• January 4, 2011 – Adsense Auto-Blog Income (Earnings) – $16.99
• January 5, 2011 – Adsense Auto-Blog Income (Earnings) – $7.33
• January 6, 2011 – Adsense Auto-Blog Income (Earnings) – $4.82
• January 7, 2011 – Adsense Auto-Blog Income (Earnings) – $8.43
• January 8, 2011 – Adsense Auto-Blog Income (Earnings) – $12.54
• January 9, 2011 – Adsense Auto-Blog Income (Earnings) – $8.32
• January 10, 2011 – Adsense Auto-Blog Income (Earnings) – $13.69

So a fantastic start so far for her and she is very excited to say the least. If you consider that these auto blogs are only a few month old it’s extremely encouraging. I will update her Adsense income once a week, or try to anyway – I’m so lazy when it comes to updating Zulit as it’s not a blog that makes much money. It’s a making some cash now with my auto blog system on here though so I will try to update this domain more often. My day is always spent writing fresh content for out old niche blogs.

• Adsense Earnings total January 2 2011 — $112.24
• Adsense Earnings total January 3 2011 — $173.93
• Adsense Earnings total January 4 2011 — $162.61
• Adsense Earnings total January 5 2011 — $133.77
• Adsense Earnings total January 6 2011 — $145.81

Starting to increase a little bit over all because we have added allot of fresh content and one of our auto-blogs is kicking this time of year.

Today is a busy writing day for me. I have to write 3 large posts for next week. I still create and run aut0-blogs, but I still have some blogs that I just write my own content on. Just like this blog. I like to make sure that I have many different “irons in the fire”.

So hope every-one’s 2011 is working out OK.

When I say “no time” this is assuming you have used WordPress, Cpanel, and FTP before. If you are an absolute beginner it will take longer to wrap your head around the process. I’ve made it as clear and simple as possible for newbies, and I have included video links for them to help them learn the tasks required.

My free WordPress Synonym Plugin is no longer free (Google will update their results soon enough to get rid of the NOW FREE wording) , as it is now a function of my Auto-Blog system. I know this will be a disappointment to auto-bloggers out there, but I was giving it away for free for a long time, and it’s high time I started charging for it.

The thing is that you can’t get a successful auto-blog off the ground unless you have ALL YOUR BASES covered, and having my Synonym Plugin Running will not even come close to solving all your problems. The entire system DOES solve ALL your problems.

I will be updating our Adsense income again in the next couple of days. It’s been a slower week of course, because the Christmas holidays, but this Tuesday has picked up again.

So the numbers are no where near as low as we were expecting them to be for the low Christmas season. It will surely tank big time by the 25th (XMAS) but I will report this as mentioned above.

So for the last few days it comes out to this for Adsense earnings;

• Adsense revenue for Mon, December 20th = $172.83 (suprised at this one actually – good sign for 2011)
• Adsense revenue for Tues, December 21st = $132.35
• Adsense revenue for Wed, December 22nd = $147.88

Like I mentioned above, were doing good for today, but we’ll see — I’m betting that it will come in around $120 bucks.

So everyone have a great Christmas, and I’ll likely do another post on Zulit some day between Christmas and the New Year.

Still working on my auto-blog ebook and it’s looking good – I had no idea home much stuff I have stuffed away in my head. It’s getting rather long and detailed. I’m now glad that I’m writing the ebook now. It’s going to help allot of webmasters get their business cooking along.

So for December 17-19 this is how it went;

• Adsense earned income for Friday, Dec 17th = $127.32
• Adsense earned income for Saturday, Dec 18th = $109.54
• Adsense earned income for Sunday, Dec 19th = $98.18

I remember a day when we were making only $25-$30 on Saturdays and Sundays during November and December, but when we were making that amount, we ended up making  an average of $210 per day in Adsense for Jan, Feb, March. So will be interesting to see what the numbers are in Jan, Feb, and March 2011. I will report.

One last small note. Been having some interest on my Auto-Blog Formula lately, and I suppose it will be my first eBook for sale. I’ve started writing it, but there is a small delay in that I have decided to run a new Auto-Blog testing my system one last time one a fresh domain to make sure it works – before I actually start selling it to webmasters and bloggers who want to create “auto-profit”.

As I’ve said before – an Auto-Blog can’t work unless it has a combination of things in place. No stand-alone auto-blog plugin (YET!) will do all of the right things required to succeed. You have to have a combination of plugins running, and a combination of set-up tasks completed to ensure traffic. WE ARE NOT interested in just ONE DOLLAR A DAY with my auto-blog. My goal is always $10-$50 dollars a day.

• December 10th, 2010 – Friday Adsense earnings = $124.89
• December 11th, 2010 - Saturday Adsense earnings = $91.45
• December 12th, 2010 - Sunday Adsense earnings = $88.76
• December 13th, 2010 - Monday Adsense earnings = $176.88
• December 14th, 2010 - Tuesday Adsense earnings = $121.32
• December 15th, 2010 - Wednesday Adsense earnings = $162.11

As usual the weekend numbers are down my the normal percentage/margin, and made up for on the week days. Our overall average income for the entire month of Decemeber 2010 is bringing us close to the $4000 dollar mark. This is a solid amount if you consider the slumped traffic we get in November and December. All traffic picks up by 20% after the New Year is over.

I’ll try to be a little more frequent with posting our Adsense income here at Zulit – awwwwhhh…..forget it. I never keep my promises when it comes to this domain. There just is no real money to made here. The hosting commission and about $20-$30 dollar in Adsense earnings from it. Not worth writing a post on Zulit every day.

However, I have been able to pull my head out of my ass a little bit this week, and take Wed, Thursday, and now the entire weekend off. It’s been hard pulling my head out of my ass for the that long. I had a lapse this morning and banged off two posts on a couple of niche sites. What greed – what pathetic human greed. Is it not enough???

So of course I’m late getting my Adsense income posted here for those who follow along. Here are the Adsense earnings totals for the December 2010 on the 7th, 8th, and 9th.

• December 7th, 2010 – Tues Adsense total was $183.83 – shopping niche kicking pretty good there
• December 8th, 2010 – Wed Adsense total was $132.99 – major appliances niche did alright
• December 9th, 2010 – Thur Adsense total was $149.00 – a NEW niche blog is starting to take off and it’s really exciting. More on the new niche blog below.

So I started a blog all about Accident Attorneys in June which is starting to move in Google now. WOW! Click through rate is not that great for the blog (CTR is about 3.5%) BUT when they click……holy crap…..big money. Had a click that paid $23 dollars which is a record.

So I had to “learn up” on the laws in the particular State I am writing about. HINT:: For a niche like this it’s very competitive so you better focus on ONE STATE ONLY, and stick to it like glue. I won’t be sharing which State I’m covering but let us just say it’s usually WARM there.

So I had to do allot of reading regarding accident attorneys, lawyers, State Law, Federal Law, etc. Had to write about high profile cases that I researched using the Google machine.

So there you have some tips friends.

Now get to fucking work!

I just wanted to drop you a line to extend our appreciation for your generous donation of food resources to make our Operation BackPack event a success. As you know, Operation BackPack will be an open-air Christmas party for approximately 400-600 homeless people and not only will they receive a filled backpack from the community but thanks to you, they will also receive a hot meal!

Hundreds of homeless people will forfeit their place in line and the chance at getting shelter for the night JUST for this event so it’s apparent to us that a backpack and a meal are not a “luxury” but a means of survival on the streets.

The year you came out to serve the homeless with us was a HUGE success and we all left totally in awe of what took place in the midst of an intense winter blizzard. You were swarmed with hundreds of people begging for something to eat and it shocked the very core of us all. I expect this year will be the same because numbers have grown quickly and the need is just as evident (but perhaps we can skip the storm this year!).
