As far as Toppik’s hair loss products being a true scam, there is not court documentation, or legal precedent stating that Toppik marketing is misleading, and harmful to “unsuspecting consumers”. However, Toppik’s marketing does not point out how much hair you need to still have on your head in order for their products to work well.

From everything I’ve read, Toppik hair restoration products can work well depending on the scalp and skin type, and how much hair exists already. If you just have a bald spot, then you may be happy with the outcome. You may not consider Toppik to be a scam at all!

However, if you are just plain pretty well bald as a cue ball, you are going to be unhappy. If you were led to believe from Toppik marketing, that you would re-gain a full head of hair, you are going to be screaming scam.

So in conclusion, buyer beware. I should point out that I’ve never read or seen ANY Toppik advertising online or offline, that claims to help consumers re-grow a full head of hair. I don’t believe Toppik hair growth products to be a scam.

I do believe there are better hair loss, or hair treatments that are much more effective. Some sites carry all of the reputable hair loss products, and they explain what they all do for men and women with different hair problems. Consumers should be wise, and only buy from major hair product sites to avoid being scammed.
