Hope everything is going well with you. Just something that maybe with your experience you have come across. On one of my HyperVRE web sites Google seems to have dropped most of the articles in one of the HyperVRE web sites. This has about 180 articles and was making OK money, most of them don’t seem to be coming up now for some reason.

I can go to google.ie and search locally and I did come up first from most of these terms because no competition locally.

Have you come across this where they seem to simply drop pages into the wilderness?

I’ve been watching this ever since I did my test run on Zulit.com

All of the hypervre pages get hit every 18 months or a so for a few weeks. Sometimes for a month, then BANG, they’re back in the results up high again.

Zulit’s test has been hit 4 times since those HyperVRE pages were up. Weird thing is they have always come back. Zulit’s HyperVRE was doing really well for a year and a half and then two months ago it stopped getting allot of traffic and was only getting trickle. It was still in the search results but on page 10-15 or worse!

It came back a month ago and is making the good money again. About 30-35 dollars a day total. Having the Hypervre mini-sites on a blog’s domain is the key I think. The blog gets updated with a new post every once and awhile with a real fresh article and this brings search engine attention once again the Hypervre sites down the sidebar.

When things are really kicking on the Hypervre traffic I leave things alone and when I see traffic dip – THEN I make a fresh post as if to say to the search engines,

“Hey – remember me! – I’m still here! Come see this fresh article on our domain.”

The Hypervre mini-sites pages are always changing on their own so this is why I think the search engines keep bringing them back.

Well I have pointed out that buying Hypervre Gold is the way to go, but I have always suggested using the free version first. From my experience teaching people how to optimize Hypervre web sites, I have changed that attitude completely. Why? Because giving up outbound links off every page of a Hypervre site bleeds your page rank authority. I explain the details of this statement below, but first I’ll show you where to buy it.

Where to Buy Hypervre Gold

You need to buy the Gold version right out of the Gate. You can buy Hypervre Gold here – right at the top of the page below the video, or scroll to near the bottom of the page and look for the blue form to fill out. I have show that form in a picture directly below. Fill out the form and click “GET IT FREE HERE”. Don’t forget to click the box that says you have accepted the terms and conditions.

Once you have filled this form above and clicked the button that says, “GET IT FREE HERE”, you will be taken to a second page.

Now scroll to near the very bottom of the page and click the blue button that says, “Click here to order” (shown in the picture directly below).

That’s it. You are on your way. Make sure you choose the Gold version.

Now that I have shown you where to buy Hypervre Gold Version, you may want to know more about why you need to buy Gold.

Why you MUST Buy Hypervre Gold

You need to buy the Gold version because of the link issue and the affiliate commission issue. This is how it works.

If you download and use the free version of Hypervre you are setting yourself up for a few bad things.

When you build your Hypervre Niche Sites using the free version, all of your pages will automatically have someone else’s Clickbank and Amazon affiliate links in the content.

This means two things; one you won’t get the commisions from sales your pages generate and; two you will be creating outbound links from all of your pages which bleeds off page rank. Bad, bad, bad boy. Never do this if you want to make any money in the Adsense world.

Furthermore, you will have hundreds of affiliate links in your Hypervre Niche Site pages. This hurts your search engine ranking big time. Don’t do it.

Buy the gold version (You can buy Hypervre Gold here) for this reason.

When you create your Hypervre sites using your own Gold version you have total control of the content on the site pages. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING AFFILIATE LINKS IN YOUR CONTENT, and only choose to put Adsense ads in the content. Just stick to Adsense or YPN. Take my word for it because I have tried EVERYTHING. The sites I created using aff links sucked for getting traffic, whereby the sites I’ve created using only Adsense get the traffic. This is if all given niche and keyword criteria is the same too.

Also, when you are the owner of your Hypervre Gold software you can let other people download and use your software, and if they ever create a Gold or Silver account, you will get a commission. I don’t have a download for my Gold version, because it’s just a pain for you to download and install my version and then have to uninstall it anyway when you upgrade to your Gold version.

Never Heard of Hypervre or Hypervre Gold

If yo have never heard of the niche site builder Hypervre, then you can read allot more about it on Zulit here on my Hypervre Category index. I have a free tutorial on Hypervre and I give away a free search engine optimized template as well.

The tutorial tries to limit your costs completely by using the free version and by using free hosting, and signing up for a free Adsense account. However, this is a real cheapo way to go about it. I would suggest that if you are serious about making money online that you buy the Gold version of Hypervre and buy some decent hosting (I use Mocha allot now). You want total control of your web page content and total control of the hosting server.

So that’s it. I don’t recommend going the cheapest route anymore folks. This is how much it will cost to run your Hypervre empire.

• $10 a year for domain name
• $5 a month for hosting
• $97 for Hypervre Gold
  ___________________
• Total – not very fricken much

So get real and make this smal investment and get cracking.

I would say good luck but it’s not about luck at all. If you do some work and build Hypervre pages and sites you WILL make money.

I set out to build a tutorial showing people how to build Adsense income streams using HyperVRE without any hosting costs. I just wanted to prove it can be done and give new-comers a way to “taste some Adsense cash” before investing any money.

Q: Who do you use for hosting your HyperVRE sites. I don’t want to use free hosting because I want to protect my income, and avoid using sub domains?

A: I use Moca for web hosting. Mostly because of speed, price, and customer service. To run HyperVRE you just need to have up to date PHP functionality. If you already have a hosting account with a company, they most likely have everything you need.

I’m starting this free HyperVRE template post to go along with my HyperVRE tutorial, so that HyperVRE users can use free templates that don’t have any footprints, and have some originality.

Important note: I tweak these templates every week so that users are never over-using the same template. This is important to avoid SERP penalties. Updated January 2009.

This free HyperVRE has  been tested over a period of 14 months. It holds Google, MSN, Yahoo, Ask, and all the rest. You’ll notice the template has a VERY clean, and simple look to it. Important note: This template is meant to be used when building a site with PHP pages, and NOT HTML pages.

This template may look simple, but every test imaginable was made with over 40 templates and this one made the most money by far.

What beginners will like about this HyperVRE template is that it’s really easy to configure and use. No need to fuss with images, and code. This template works PERFECTLY with all browsers (as mentioned above). Basically, you can create your content, and let HyperVRE rip. You can build your sites right out of the gate.

DO NOT forget to use your own Adsense code. This free of charge  HyperVRE template has the Adsense pub ID defaulted to my wife’s account. You can simply change copy paste your code, or copy/paste the whole ad from your Adsense account. Keep in mind the dark blue color of the template, when you create your Adsense ad. This template color is very attractive with the background used, and I’ve tested many different color schemes to realize Narrow Blue has the highest click through rate (CTR).

Don’t be alarmed that I have removed much of the template codes like RSS feeds etc. I’m avoiding links off the site, and usually the RSS feeds don’t match the content. Pain in the ass. Like I keep saying – this has been tested. Simple is better when it comes to search engines.

You can of course customize this template, but I wouldn’t mess with it too much. Whatever you do, make sure you keep the narrow look, and the two large rectangle Adsense ads at the top. Ching – Ching $$$$$.

never pay for it. The Gold Member that you got the
free software from has their id attached to it, and when
you build niche sites using the software, your Clickbank
and Amazon aff ids are in the product links. Of course
the Adsense income is not yours – whoever is using HyperVRE
sees all the Adsense profit which is the lion’s share.There is a downline. So I’m more than happy to provide

“Great! So how do I do that Terry!”, you ask. Simple; start with a free template tweak it until it’s your own creation. Change colors, borders, tables, meta-tags, design, etc., until you have a nice looking template for your home page and your off-pages (keyword pages) If you don’t want to spend ANY money on an editor you can use “Frontpage” to make your amendments to the stock HyperVRE templates.

If you have Office on your MAC or PC you can use Frontpage, and it’s really easy to use. If you have Dreamweaver installed on your computer you can use that for editing your templates as well.

Once you have your templates tweaked, customized, and SAVED (don’t forget to SAVE your templates),  then build a trial site. Don’t worry about uploading the site to your hosting server or anything like that. Don’t wory about how many keyword you use or how many products to select when building the site. Just build the site and open the created PHP or HTML pages to see what your site looks like.

Do this a few times as trial and error until you have perfect custom HyperVRE template. I did over 30 trials before I was happy with my template! Once you have a template that incorporates your Adsense or YPN code, your Amazon and Clickbank affiliate codes (for HyperVRE Gold users), and the design is slick and fast loading, you can just start building and building.

Many who download and install the HyperVRE software end up asking where they can find the 27 free HyperVRE templates, instructional videos, and PDF manual.

You need to sign up for a free HyperVRE membership and then login into your panel to download all the free goodies. That’s it. Then watch the free videos (important step) and read through the PDF instruction manual. After that you can pick a template and get started. I’m sure that most of you already have a Google Adsense account, but for those of you who do not — you need to have a web site up (no porn or gambling) so that the Adsense team can see something.

When you are approved you will receive an email from Google Adsense and then you are ready to go. Choose some Adsense code and use it with HyperVRE. You can apply for Adsense here. (not an affiliate link)

Just bookmark this page if you forget some steps as you build your first few sites.  All of these steps, software, and templates cost you NOTHING. Repeat….NOTHING!

With the use of HyperVRE, complete newbies can build niche web sites lickity-split. However, many newbies don’t know how to get decent hosting & domains set-up to launch their sites. Many new-comers have ZERO experience building web sites that make money, so these free tutorials show newbies how to use HyperVRE to launch their own string of money making web sites. First off, download my free SEO friendly HyperVRE template here.

Update: (told you this would be free, free, free) Don’t pay for hosting either. Use some of the free hosts to load up your HyperVRE niche sites. I recommend Hostia for free hosting (not an AFF link) because it’s free and they have full php and ftp included (if you would rather own your domain(s), do yourself a favor and use IX.

You can use the Wordtracker free keyword tool to make a list of keywords to use for building your sites. I wouldn’t bother using anything but Wordtracker because it’s free and it always works. Forget about Digitalpoint’s free keyword tool – it’s crap. (your humble narrator’s humble opinion)

For content you can add articles with HyperVRE using your own content, other random web content, private label content, or dare I say it……ok I’ll say it. Scraper content. Warning: Scraper content will work for a few months but Google will punt it for sure. Go for the longevity and use real articles at 250-500 words. Just little spurts works best.

BIG TIP: Don’t get greedy and create sites with hundreds and hundreds of pages. This raises flags with the SERPs. Make small niche sites with 30-100 pages. The smaller the site, the easier and quicker it is to create a keyword list, and create the content. Also, smaller sites take up less server space, and you can put up to 50 web sites on only ONE free account on Hostia. BaBing! When you create your keyword list use the least competitive keywords. If you can, try to use long-tail keywords, which have very little competition.

Create your free domains for your niche sites at Hostia, use your ftp client to upload your HyperVRE generated sites, and then you only have one step to go for the income stream to start.

Link into your free sites using forums, free Blogger or WordPress accounts. Use links from Delicious, Digg as well. Once you have done all that, FO-GETTA-BOUT-IT! Move on to another site, and another and another.  I’m telling you - this works, and what have you spent. Ziltch!

Here are the steps to getting your free HyperVRE software going. Follow these easy steps exactly as it’s the EASIEST and FASTEST way to get everything going.

(make sure all POPUP blockers are OFF or your downloads won’t work)

HyperVRE Tutorial STEP 1:
I use a free software program for building sites quickly. It’s called HyperVRE and I suggest you use it. Download the HyperVRE software - unzip and install. (PC only.. sorry Mac users)

HyperVRE Tutorial STEP 2:
Sign up @ the HyperVRE site (free…..like everything in this tutorial) Scroll to the bottom of their pitch page and ask to sign up as a free member. Disregard the bit about getting the software because you’ve already installed it…..right.

Once you have registered, you can skip all their promotional stuff again and close their site. Now open up HyperVRE which is installed on your computer, and activate it using the same email you registered with.

No “trial periods”. It’s always free if you want it to be. They have a Silver and Gold edition which you can read up on, but hundreds of HyperVRE free users are making serious cash without upgrading. If you upgrade you can take advantage of affliate links link Clickbank, and Amazon. Truth is -I make ALL my money with Adsense anyway.

HyperVRE Tutorial STEP 3:
Go here and download Filezilla for free. This is an FTP client in which you will use to load your sites up to your hosting server: (make sure all POPUP blockers are OFF or your downloads won’t work)

If you simply follow my steps (and the HyperVRE steps which is stupid easy) you’ll avoid MUCH pain and anguish. I’ve made every stupid mistake and taken every dark journey to find out the cheapest and most lucrative way to do this.

Whatever you do, don’t buy anything. No ebooks, fancy software etc. We’ll be using all free stufffffff.

My hunt was getting me no-where and I was thinking there was just nothing of quality out there. After testing HyperVRE, I had to write this review on it. (FYI – here is my free HyperVRE template page, and this my free HyperVRE tutorial)

I lost some money looking and testing, as I bought a few software packages that were nightmares to install, and they never really worked. I tried Matt’s HyperVRE and I was  impressed with it. My wife was watching as I was building an Adsense niche site, and she was also impressed with the ease of the build. (she’s not so easy to impress)

I was of course very skeptical (cliche I know…but true) I was not about to purchase it without some serious testing. Fortunately you can procure HyperVRE for free unlimited use, and most all of the features work that are on the Silver and Gold editions. I build 5 sites using the free HyperVRE software and two weeks later each site was (and still are) making $7-$10 a day from Adsense clicks, Amazon affliate links, and Clickbank affliate links. That’s around $1000 a month and each site took me only 45 minutes to build. Update: I’m making most all income from the Adsense ads, and very little now with Amazon and Clickbank. Those links give more value to the sites for users, but just don’t convert on my sites. Your sites may be different though.

Listed below are my reasons for this positive review on HyperVRE:

• HyperVRE sites are dynamic - they rotate content on pages – GREAT for SEO
• HyperVRE is fast! – The software takes about 15 clicks to build a new niche site.
• HyperVRE creates SEO friendly sites - Matt Callen who designed HyperVRE is an SEO expert so it’s no surprise that the search engines like the site’s his software creates.
• HyperVRE allows both kinds of content - meaning you can use original article content or you can use approved content from article indexes, RSS feeds, or shopping portals. Imagine building a 200 page site that actually has good content and doing it in an hour.
• HyperVRE can be used by anyone – all my year coding experience, SEO experience, web design experience, and database experience were not required. My wife built a site in an hour and half and she has zero web site building experience.
• HyperVRE can be used for free! – this is the part that astounds me. When I downloaded the free HyperVRE software, and installed it, I was expecting that most all of the features would not work. That is the norm with so-called free downloads….right. You can use his software for nothing on unlimited websites for an unlimited time. No strings attached. He just counts on some people upgrading to a Silver or Gold Membership.

With the free download you get 27 web site templates that are search engine friendly and all ready for site creation. You can simply run the software and never touch a html editor (great for newbies). Experienced Internet entrepreneurs will likely choose to build a custom template for all their HyperVRE sites.
