Q & A Page For HyperVRE Tutorial and Free Template
First of all – if you have never read up on Hypervre click here for an introduction.
I realize there will be questions regarding the free HyperVRE tutorial, and the HyperVRE free template. I’m starting this post so questions can be answered.
You are not required to provide a web site URL or an email. (a list builder I am not) Try to read all the information I have here because you will start making money much faster if you learn from my mistakes and use my SEO Hypervre Template.
I own the Hypervre GOLD version because I’m a full time Internet blogger and content publisher. I always recommend going for it and getting the Hypervre GOLD version for three reasons;
- With the GOLD version you create a downline
- With the GOLD version you will have your OWN aff links on the sites you create
- I get you in my down-line if you register through me and I make a $70 commission when you buy the GOLD version
If You Use My Free Copy of Hypervre
This is how it works. If you download and use my free Hypervre software, and my custom template, you can use everything for free. All the Adsense ads will be yours and you will make money from them.
If you buy the GOLD software, and use the free templates Matt gives you, Hypervre will automatically embed YOUR Amazon and Clickbank aff links into the content of the pages.
If you don’t buy the GOLD version and use my free version, the templates automatically embed MY Amazon and Clickbank aff links into the content of the pages.
So GO FOR GOLD and make me $70 bucks, make sure YOU make $70 bucks when someone downloads YOUR version of Hypervre and buys GOLD, and make sure your own aff links are in the content.
OK….It’s Q&A Time
Just fire your question off below and I’ll answer it as best I can. If you DO have a web site to promote, you can leave a link to it’s home page after your question. Fair enough?

Thanks a bunch Terry! I really appreciate it!
Just wanted to ask one thing though. In terms of writing content… do we take the keywords provided by wordtracker and make our postings consist of those keywords?
I’m slightly confused as to what will bring in the traffic.
Also, in terms of linking into my free sites using forums, Blogger, WordPress, Delicious, Digg, etc. Do I simply open accounts on those too and create links? Or does that mean I should write more content using their platforms?
Sorry… just want to get things clear before I start plugging away!

Hi Pedro,
Q: In terms of writing content… do we take the keywords provided by wordtracker and make our postings consist of those keywords?
A: When you have decided on the keywords you want to use, save them in a txt file (notepad). You will use that file to load into HyperVRE during the first step of site creation. When you run HyperVRE for the first time you will notice a tab to load a file of keywords. HyperVRE will create a page for every keyword in your list.
Q: In terms of linking into my free sites using forums, Blogger, WordPress, Delicious, Digg, etc. Do I simply open accounts on those too and create links? Or does that mean I should write more content using their platforms?
A: Yes. You open accounts with platforms like the ones mentioned above, and post small snippets of content (original content). Nothing fancy that requires allot of research. For example; if your site is about horse saddles, then you can simply say something like,
“I was shopping for horse saddles in Arizona and the prices were much better than the stores in Nevada”
You make a link with the words “horse saddles”, or perhaps, “shopping for horse saddles”. That link can go to the home page of your HyperVRE niche site on horse saddles, or to a specific page in that site. Simple. I would do this on 3-5 of different blog platforms like Blogger, Netscape, Myspace, WordPress, etc.
Note: make sure you write these little snippets of content yourself (original) and don’t copy/paste from some article you find online. You want these links to be as pure as possible.
Your traffic comes from Google, MSN, Yahoo, Ask, and all the major search engines. Don’t worry about submitting your site URL to the search engines – they’ll find ya.

Terry – I am going to follow your lead and check out HyperVRE….I am curious however, how many niche web sites do you operate?
Appreciate the entry above..

Dave,
I have exactly 117 HyperVRE sites going. I build one day. (if I’m working that day) ;-P

Thank you for the response Terry.
If you don’t mind, what is your opinion on buying a domain for each site or just having a single domain with with different directories for your sites (like your zulit.com/hearingaids site)
Also, any additional ideas on how to promote your site? You mentioned Digg, Delicious, etc., any other tips?
Great blog and I appreciate your honest feedback.

I knew I had one more question – do you used articles to drive traffic or do you find the niche long tail keyword, build the site, post on Digg, setc., and let it takes it course?
Thanks again for your help.
Dave

Hello Dave,
Q: Do you use articles to drive traffic or do you find the niche long tail keyword, build the site, post on Digg, etc., and let it take it’s course.
A: I only create a handful of GOOD one-way links inbound to the new HyperVRE sites, and yes, long-tail keys only. I don’t bother with high competition. I let it take it’s course.
However, the more quality one-way inbounds you can create (over time) the better. Keep in mind that if you work on creating good inbounds to one site, you’re wasting time, when you could be building a new site. At first I just inbound 5-10 inbounds from Blogs, and community pages. Google sees this as natural – Google would wonder why a brand new site has 50 or more inbound links right?
Q: What is your opinion on buying a domain for each site or just having a single domain with with different directories for your sites (like your zulit.com/hearingaids site)
A: My opinion is you are always better to have your own hosting, and how you structure your HyperVRE sites (which I call satellite sites) is up to you. I find that just creating a new path like zulit.com/some-product/ works the fastest. You can of course use sub domains as in; some-product.zulit.com. There is a lot of speculation on where Google is going with their treatment of sub domains.
The reason my tutorial suggests using full service free hosting like Hostia (which means using a sub-domain of their domain), is because you may gain rank from their domain’s popularity. Also, I like the fact that someone can create their income with no cost at first. After you’ve proved to yourself that you can make this work, I would surely take back total control with your own domain and hosting. I would also pay for a subscription to Wordtracker so you can make the ultimate long-tail keyword list. I have a yearly (unlimited) subscription with Wordtracker.
Q: Do you have any additional ideas on how to promote your site? You mentioned Digg, Delicious, etc., any other tips.
A: The very best way to have total control and solid traffic, is to run a blog like this one, and then you can compete in almost any market using “satellite sites”. Google LOVES good blogs. A good blog means regular posts of ORIGINAL content, and it take about a year of consistent blogging before you really see the domain catch with MSN, Yahoo, Google, and the like.
Hope this all helps. Not leaving anything out here. I have 8 blogs now with my HyperVRE satellite sites.
BIG TIP: You are way ahead if can use quality content on the HyperVRE sites. Scraper content won’t pass the test of time with the SERPS, and you’re just hurting your “main domain” with that kind of content.

MORE ON BLOGGING AND HYPERVRE SATELLITE SITES:
An example I’ll use because none of my niches are in this market.
Build a blog that you own the domain and run the hosting. Let us say the blog is on Cars.
You can blog about random auto related stuff. ANYTHING, as long as there is a post or two a week. This will take a few months before Google take much notice, but it’s worth it.
Then you would create HyperVRE satellite sites linking off your blogroll, sidebar, or footer which have to do with cars, trucks, car parts, truck parts……whatever as long as it is auto related. There is a MASSIVE market there with a ridiculous amount of keywords. Your potential for growth is really unlimited, and the traffic to your HyperVRE sites would be massive.
The blog is what gives your domain credibility, and your HyperVRE satellite sites are using long-tail (low competition) keywords.
BIG TIP: Don’t use a template that has links going from your keyword pages to your blog. Only let the keyword pages link back to the home page (index page) of the niche satellite site. If you don’t pay heed to this you will be hit by Google for using doorway pages.

Terry – thank you again for the explanation.
When you use HyperVRE, do you use the articles it finds on the article sites for your content?
Thanks again and I look forward to using your advice. I clicked on the HyperVRE link above got the free version, but noticed the Gold had good upgrades.
Thanks for your advice on using HyperVRE scrapped articles.

Dave asked;
Q: When you use HyperVRE, do you use the articles it finds on the article sites for your content?
A: Yes, and I usually add a bunch of original content as well to give each site a little better SE punch. Just ramblings about the product(s). I’m a really fast typer so this may not be a great solution for some users.
I also take a browse around the Internet to see if there is some decent content worth checking out for paraphrasing. I can build on of these sites a day, but usually I create one over two days. My total time in each satellite site created in HyperVRE is close to 8 hours. Each site makes money for years though.
October 16th, 2007 at 8:58 am
I managed to dabble with my first site last night using HyperVRE. Had a few complications with things… but it should be fine.
Here are the questions:
1 – Should I use your original template from the original Zulit course? Or would you advise the new one? Right now I’m using the original one. I noticed a few slight changes.
2 – Upon completing the site, I noticed that there were a ton of links within the site that pointed to affiliates (eg. Amazon, Clickbank, etc.). Is that supposed to happen? Wouldn’t that mean that my site will actually be making money for other people other than my Adsense ads?
3 – I had issues with the original HyperVRE that I downloaded. Not sure if it was an issue with my laptop…but it did ask me to upgrade to the latest version of HyperVRE; which I did. Upon reviewing, the various affiliate links are only enabled for Gold members.
4 – Finally, I recall when you first discussed the course to me, you directed me to a Scroogle scraper site. You mentioned that we would take advantage of ‘black hat’ SEO and then revert to ‘white hat’ SEO after the site gets indexed. I don’t see it in the tutorial. Is this a small ‘golden nugget’?
5 – Okay this is the real last question!
Do you think following the format of Google Ad, posting, Google Ad, Navigation – for the Index page and Google Ad, Google Ad, Posting, Posting, Google Ad, Navigation – for the Keyword pages would work good as a template on WordPress? My reason for asking is because WordPress does an automatic pingback whenever new contact is added. With that, doesn’t it start you off with some traffic?
Well, that’s all for now!

Hi Pedro,
Q: Should I use your original template from the old Zulit course, or would you advise the new one? Right now I’m using the original one. I noticed a few slight changes.
A: Any of the template versions will work. I just make changes periodically so that there are no footprints for the search engines to raise a flag on.
Q: Upon completing the site, I noticed that there were a ton of links within the site that pointed to affiliates (eg. Amazon, Clickbank, etc.). Is that supposed to happen? Wouldn’t that mean that my site will actually be making money for other people other than my Adsense ads?
Q: If you use the free version of HyperVRE those links are embedded, and whoever you downloaded HyperVRE from would get credit for sales from those links. HOWEVER! I’ve seen only 3 sales from one of those links on my own sites (around 12 bucks total commissions), or a downline site.
HyperVRE has a downline Pedro. If you upgrade to the Gold or Silver version you can get rid of those links, and then you can offer the HyperVRE software to others, as I did for you.
As far as your site ranking goes. Since you are linking to on-topic sites with high rank and relativity, your rank won’t be damaged.
You need to get some inbound links going now.
If you upgrade to the gold or silver HyperVRE version, you can rebuild your first couple of sites, and either dump those links all together, or use your Amazon or Clickbank links.
Q: Finally, I recall when you first discussed the orignal course to me, you directed me to a Scroogle scraper site. You mentioned that we would take advantage of ‘black hat’ SEO and then revert to ‘white hat’ SEO after the site gets indexed. I don’t see it in the tutorial. Is this a small ‘golden nugget’?
A: I thought it was a golden nugget until all those scraper sites got whacked. I’m really glad I didn’t go forward showing people that test. Scrapers are pretty well dead now. The big G finally got that cased.
Q: Okay this is the real last question!
A: Never tested that idea. WordPress themes generally have a set design setup by the Theme creator. You whould have to find a theme what is created in the fashion you are describing. I only use a blog for getting traffic. I use HyperVRE for making money.
My blogs make VERY LITTLE money in Adsense clicks or affiliate commissions. It’s all the product and service sites that are making the money. HyperVRE enables me to build them quickly, and msot importantly, use a template that has a high CTR.

First, thanks Terry for the template and all of your help. Much appreciated!!
My question is that you recommended we start off a site with 30 – 100 pages. How do you handle adding to it later, or do you:)) As I understand it you would need to republish to add to it and that looks like a new site to Google.
Thanks

Terry,
Thanks for the great template! I downloaded last night and finally got it up today. It took awhile to find enough article material. Tomorrow I’ll research a different niche!
One question – The #RANDOM_LINK#s on the page template don’t seem to do anything. I do note that they pull in snippets on you demo site. Is my copy of HyperVRE broken? Just downloaded a new copy, but it doesn’t seem to make any difference.
I must be missing something here. In any case, I love the template and really appreciate your efforts!

Hi guys,
Q: One question – The #RANDOM_LINK# on the page template does not seem to do anything. I do see that they pull in snippets on your demo site. Is my copy of HyperVRE broken? Just downloaded a new copy, but it doesn’t seem to make any difference.
A: My guess is that you built the site using the HTML option for page creation. My templates all need to use the PHP option. Sorry….I should have made this clear earlier.
Q: My question is that you recommended we start off a site with 30 – 100 pages. How do you handle adding to it later, or do you:)) As I understand it you would need to republish to add to it and that looks like a new site to Google.
A: I never add to the pages later. I just build them and let them go. As I mention above, using the PHP page option your site will automatically rotate content throughout the site.
If you DO want to add more pages to a site, simply run HyperVRE again and add more keywords to the first step of site creation. The just delete the old site and load up the new site.
That’s whay I SAVE all my HyperVRE sites in a back-up folder for possible later updates. I never do change them though, and they do fine with the SERPS.

Hi TZ
I have just come across yr posting in the Hypervre private forum. I must first compliments you on your great kindness and generosity not only in sharing with us tips, guides etc on using the Hypervre software but also in taking out your valuable time to answer our questions. You really boost my morale with great hope to succeed.
I am a newbie and have purchased the Hypervre Gold version about a month ago with the hope and aim of making monies online. I am disappointed that Hypervre has a lot of learning curves and finally I just managed to generate one website using the Hypervre software and one of the templates provided at the members area, at my blog http://www.thebigmoneyinternetbiz.com/blog/hypervre. Kindly please help the following issues which I have encountered:-
1. The image header is not showing on the site.
I have uploaded all the images in the image
folder into the host sub dir:..
…./blog/hypervre
2. How do I insert the following information
onto the Home Template
a. Domain Name
b. Home & Contact Us
Many thanks, TZ.

Hi Terry,
I downloaded your template and I’m getting ready to upload it after I match up my keywords and articles. I have loads of PLR as well as directory articles and I’ve come up with 600 keywords on internet marketing. I’m thinking of buying some hits (6000) targeted for internet marketers and see how this goes first. I did want to ask if I can make these in htm instead of php. My computer is an old ME operating system and it’s giving me a run-time error whenever I try to import the converted articles. Also when I uploaded another site, a couple of the articles were showing a parsing and syntax error (maybe the ME system again). This is the only thing that support could tell me might be causing the problem. But I can still work around this if I just use the htm files. Is this okay?
May 29th, 2008 at 8:30 pm
.htm is fine. I’ve got lots of sites with .htm files and it all works as well.
Be careful with some of the PLR content as lots of it is used on the Internet already, and that will kill your chances of the searchies seeing your content as original. You can use “used” content, but you can’t use it in big chunks, like more than a few lines at once. You have to make your pages look original to the search engines. This is critical if you want to make bucks.
I use a script slice, dice, reorder “used” content with my own little sentences and blurbs. It takes me about 5 hours per site now because I work at making the templates create decent looking and reading pages.
Often I use Wikipedia content and slice & dice it up mixed in with my own blurbs. This works really well. Make sure you don’t go further than 3-4 sentences at a time before interrupting the “used” content with a blurb of your own.
May 29th, 2008 at 8:44 pm
For those above who asked about how to edit the tempalates:
If you have Mic Office on your PC you can use their Frontpage application to edit your templates.
You can also use others like Dreamweaver etc. I use Dreamweaver because it was the first crack I ever got my hands on.
As far as the details on how to use an html editor, you need to work that out on your own. Just poke around and you’ll figure it out. Took me weeks when I first started in this crazy game.
Might I suggest this site:

Hi Terry,
Nice job on the tips; you can obviously see that beginners need a fair bit of help, and so…
I’m using Hyper VRE free at the moment to get the hang of it before I get serious, so if any of these issues are features of the upgrade then so be it.
1) Can you look at the articles that are matched to keywords before creating the site? I find for example your keyword might be “organic yeast” on a beer theme, and you get an article about yeast infections! Obviously I can’t use my own content with the free version, but would at least like to see some of the text that hypervre has found.
2) Can I determine which keywords are grouped together in the ‘keywords per group’ operation? I think it i ssetting up a form of menu table, but I can’t see any obvious way to control it; especially if you have some keywords that clearly do/don’t belong together.
3) The final step seems to have trouble picking up the image files (header and footer) that belong to the templates I’ve tried. Eventually I manually uploaded the /image folder, but then the same problem was present with the template.htm, and so I had to put /image into every subfolder. Surely I’m missing something?
Thanks for your time, and the template,
rjc.

Update for January 2009!
Well for the new year I’ve;
- cleaned up and tweaked my Narrow Blue template for download again (looks sweet)
- cleaned up all the Hypervre information
- explained the difference between HyperVre Gold and HyperVre Free Versions
- explained how you make commissions from the GOLD version
I understand many people thanking me for my work on the template and the tutorial but I need to make it clear that I did this for THREE reasons;
1. My family and friends use my tutorial and template to make money online so I did this to avoid having to explain it all to them EVERY TIME!
2. I make a commission every time one of you upgrades to the GOLD version
3. I have a small link at the bottom of my template to the home page of Zulit (it would be cool if you left the link but not required)
JUST wanted you all to know what I get out of the deal, and be completely UP FRONT about it.
Have a prosperous 2009!!!!!!
Terry Z.
(P.S. – My HyperVRE Adsense commissions are at $87.35 so far today and it’s only 10:00 AM – this works!)
January 17th, 2009 at 4:39 pm
Are you still building HyperVRE sites?
January 17th, 2009 at 4:44 pm
Yes….every week I build between 15-20 sites.
They are always loaded and then I link them from blogs and other sites.
It’s worth it.

Hi Terry,
I have downloaded your free template. But my question is that will I create all site from your free template? So what we need to change in that template?
