Hearing Aid Reviews, Help, and Comments

October 7th, 2007 · 4 Comments

Please comment below on what kind of hearing aids you are looking for. Other users will help you find what hearing aid, or hearing aid accessory you’re shopping for.

If you have a particular experience with a hearing aid brand, or style, please leave a quick comment on that experience so that other shoppers can be steered the right way.

The sheer expense of quality hearing aids makes extensive shopping a must. We hope you will do one of three things.

1) Ask a question if you are looking for help with some hearing aids or hearing aid accessoires you have.

2) Answer a question regarding hearing aids or hearing aid accessories for others.

3) Leave a quick review on hearing aids you’ve had a positive or negative experience with.

Your input will be invaluable for others to read! Please share.

Just want to leave a comment in the Costco hearing aids we bought. My mother tried threee different hearing aids, and it came down to getting what you pay for.

The cheaper aids had feedback problems, and the higher priced aids were much better. We’re talking about a difference of a coupke thousands dollars though.

I can see it being a challenge to find good hearing aids for under $1500. They should be covered my medicare with NO excpetions…

I would have to agree with that but it comes down to the brand name as well.

My father had great luck with his Beltone hearing aids and this model was half the price of the aids he had before that.

Trial and error is king in my opinion. Make sure you keep the reciept….that’s my best advice.

I woul suggest taking a good look at the Beltone models.

My dad had trouble with every hearing aid he had tried. His new Beltone’s are working quite well and they don’t eat up battery life nearly as bad as some of the others we had tried.

By the way…..anyone know what the BlueTooth hearing aids do for you? Is it just for watching tv?
